·Then go to SoftwareMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersionExplorerFileExts jar; Delete the folder called UserChoice restart explorer if that didn t work you can go to HKEY CLASSES ROOTand delete the jar "folder" in the registry this is called a key that may remove association with jar files for ALL users restart explorer
